Can we pay with credit cards?
We only accept cash. US dollars, Pound Sterling or Euros. Please note that there are no ATMs in the islands.

Do I need to print my tour confirmation?
Yes, as you will have to show this before embarking on the tour.

Can we touch penguins or the elephant seals?
No, you must stay at least 6 metres (20 feet) away from wildlife.

Will we be back in time for the departure of the cruise vessel?
We have competent drivers and we will ensure that you are back at the pier before the departure time of your cruise liner.

Can we hire a car and drive ourselves?
This is not advisable; to see penguins and seals you will need to travel off-road and having knowledge of the roads and tracks is required.

Are there any entrance fees?
Entrance fees are included in your tour price.

Do I need to book my tour?
Yes, especially during high season (October to April).

Are these tours suitable for children?
These tours are suitable for children, when booking you will need to specify their ages.

Are lunch snacks included?
Lunch snacks are included on our tours outside of the town, and will be given to you when we arrive at your chosen destination.

Can we book private tours?
You, can book a private tour just for you, but be prepared to cover the cost of the empty seats. Please specify this when booking.

How many passengers can you fit in one vehicle?
We allow for up to 4–7 adult passengers to travel in our 4×4 vehicles. Our minibuses can take up to 14 passengers.

Where will you collect us from?
We will be waiting at the pier where you disembark from the cruise vessel tender. One of our representatives will be there to receive you and introduce you to your driver.
